JURISAI Strategic Plan 2025-2028 is the outcome of participative and inclusive work that reflects the collective efforts of SAIs committed to enhancing the jurisdictional model of supreme audit of public finances.
Beyond being a planning and guiding document for the organization, this plan represents the collective strong will and aspirations of JURISAI members and their shared commitment to reinforcing the role of SAIs with jurisdictional activities.
Its first draft was prepared by a taskforce composed of the SAIs of Angola, Brazil, Ecuador, Spain, France, Italy, Morocco and Portugal. Its elaboration was guided by the directions of the resolution of the Casablanca constitutive meeting recommending as working principles of the taskforce openness, inclusiveness, a participative approach and concordance with the INTOSAI Strategic Plan
The first draft of the strategic plan, together with an open questionnaire, was distributed to 52 potential member SAIs of JURISAI, the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI), AFROSAI-E and ARABOSAI. The suggestions and comments of the member SAIs and the international organizations concerned were taken into consideration.
The strategic plan was officially adopted by the General Assembly in Paris on October 8, 2024.
