As part of its mandate as Secretary General of JURISAI, the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco organized on 17 of July 2026 a strategic exchange meeting at the organization's headquarters in Rabat with development partners to discuss strategic support for the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) that are members of JURISAI.

This high-level event brought together ambassadors to Morocco of donor countries supporting development programs, international technical and financial partners namely the UNDP, the Islamic Development Bank, the African Development Bank, the World Bank and the BERD. Took part also in the meetings senior officials from the Moroccan Ministries of Foreign Affairs and of Economy and Finance.

On this occasion, the Court of Accounts of Morocco presented JURISAI's institutional project, its strategic priorities aimed at strengthening the capacities of its member SAIs, and the key challenges to be addressed in achieving its objectives. The Court also reaffirmed its commitment, both in its capacity as Secretary General of JURISAI and as the Supreme Audit Institution of the Kingdom of Morocco, to promoting cooperation among jurisdictional SAIs.

The technical and financial partners participating in the meeting underscored the essential role of Supreme Audit Institutions in promoting accountability and contributing to improved public financial governance. Furthermore, they expressed their willingness to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the capacities of SAIs, with a view to ensuring the effective and transparent use of development funds while reinforcing the confidence of both development partners and citizens.
