Pursuant to Resolution No. 15/CD/2025 adopted by the JURISAI Governing Board on September 11, 2025, JURISAI’s CBC will initiate, as of May 15, 2026, the adoption process pertaining to the Guide on SAIs’ Jurisdictional Activities, in accordance with the procedure of documents that don’t fall under the purview of INTOSAI’s Framework of Professional Pronouncements (Quality Assurance – Level 1).

The Guide, which sets forth guidelines on the implementation of the 12 principles of P-50, had previously been adopted by members of the Forum of Jurisdictional SAIs during its annual meeting held on the sidelines of INCOSAI XXIV in Rio de Janeiro, and it was subsequently presented to the FIPP.

The version currently submitted for adoption resulted from a review conducted by a working group created under the CBC, incorporating updates that reflect developments in the INTOSAI normative framework and in the practice of P50 implementation by jurisdictional SAIs.
